Brampton - The Graff Company was started over 40 years ago by my father Donald Graff. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to work with the company since 1970 and run the division since 1985. During this time, we have the company successfully evolved into three distinct areas of expertise - the Concrete Cutting Services Division, the Grafscan and X-ray Division and the Demolition Division. Each of these divisions is a leader in their field and we are very fortunate to have the talented people and dedication that allows them to continue and grow successfully.
I am very proud of our company, our people and the leadership role we have played in our industry. However to remain the leader, grow into new markets and expand the number of services we provide, I believe the timing was right to partner with a larger player. As it turned out, we have partnered with the largest player - The Penhall Company.

This is a very exciting time for me and all Graff employees. I will remain president for many years to come, and the Graff name will be maintained as dominant in all our branding. Now that we are part of the largest concrete cutting and demolition company in North America, our future growth is assured and will continue to attract the best talent and acquire the best equipment available. We will take the best practices from both organizations and apply them to safety, quality workmanship and professional capability.
