CSULB Student Health Services Building

Penhall Company provided abatement, selective soft demolition, and selective structural demolition to facilitate the renovation of the existing “Student Health Services” building at
CSULB. Penhall Company removed lead and asbestos hazards, demolished portions of gypsum walls, doors, door frames, lights, HVAC, and ceiling components. Penhall Company removed portions of exterior flatwork and asphalt around the structure. Penhall Company provided trenching, coring, and wall openings throughout the structure. All structural openings were scanned by GPR by Penhall Company prior to demolition.
