Each year, Penhall invites team members from all branches to join together to focus on the value of safety. Led by Penhall’s President and CEO, team members are engaged in discussions about the importance of safety, the value of safety, and how to positively reinforce safety behaviors.
In addition to providing encouragement and motivation, an essential part of Penhall’s Safety Conference is the awards banquet. Divisions who have a zero accident record are honored and awarded based on the number of months recorded. In addition, branches with significant improvements in safety are honored by the Executive Team.
Penhall’s Safety Conference is a forum for valuable communication and sharing of ideas and best practices to ensure Penhall maintains the safest environment for all employees and customers on the job site and at the branches.
