Penhall was contracted by BL Harbert to cut and remove two 6’ x 8’ x 18” thick louvre openings as part of renovations at BJCC Legacy Arena in Birmingham, AL. Working in a tight, high-traffic area, our team utilized wall sawing, core drilling, and chain saw equipment to ensure precise and safe cuts while maintaining the structural integrity of the arena.

Scope of Work:

• Wall Sawing & Core Drilling – Precision cutting for two louvre openings
• Chain Sawing – Accurate detailing in confined spaces
• Tight-Space Execution – Careful coordination in a congested area
• Minimized Disruptions – Seamless workflow alongside an active concrete pour

Despite the confined job site and simultaneous concrete work, Penhall completed the project efficiently and on schedule, ensuring the renovation stayed on track without delays.
