Today's highly productive walk-behind flat saws can efficiently sawcut concrete paving up to 32 inches deep, even through heavily reinforced sections. Concrete pavement is cut into sections sized for the disposal method being used, then removed with a slab crab bucket on an excavator without disturbing the subgrade.
