Kettler Elementary School

Penhall Company provided the selective demolition required to transform the former “Kettler Elementary School” into the Huntington Beach School Districts “District Education Center.” Penhall Company provided a total interior gut of the 33,500 SF building; removing all non-structural interior components. To facilitate the rehabilitation of the structure Penhall Company performed selective structural demolition ranging from the removal shear walls, approx. 3,000 SF of interior slab on grade, removal of mechanical penthouse wells,  as well as other miscellaneous demolition services.
