Break and remove concrete anchor blocks at precast concrete manufacturing facility. Project required saving all vertical rebar for re-use in upgraded anchor blocks. Work scope consisted of chipping the face of concrete to expose horizontal rebar, torching out horizontal rebar for relief, rock drilling 6’ deep vertical holes, filling holes with expansive grout to create relief cracks and breaking/chipping concrete. All concrete was removed without damaging the rebar to remain.

Customer was able to limit the down time at the plant by not having to re-pour a new foundation with new vertical steel. All work performed incident free and ahead of schedule.
