PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
Penhall Company provided the total building wrecking and site clear of a concrete tilt-up for Edwards Life Science in Irvine, CA. The 30,000 SF building housed Edwards Life Science’s former credit union, however the structure needed to be removed so that a new parking structure could be built to support Edward’s ever-growing campus. In addition to the 30,000 SF building, Penhall Company removed approx. 40,000 SF of site work and underground utilities.
