The Anabella

Penhall Company completed the demolition and abatement of the “Anabella” hotel on Katella Ave, directly across from Disneyland. Although a private hotel not affiliate with Disneyland, the hotel was one of the original built back in the 1950s at the resort. Penhall Company completed the total wrecking of the 20 acre site to clear way for a new highrise luxury 4-star hotel. Penhall Company demolished over 100,000 SF of 2 and 3-story buildings, multiple pools, and all associated site work. Project was accelerated due to tax incentives provided by the City of Anaheim. Due to a change in general contractors Penhall Company had three different contracts on this project. First contract was with CW Driver.  Second was working directly for the owner (Wincome Group). Third was for Kajima.
